Lisa Howe is an amazing massage therapist. I have had an old shoulder injury for years, and have seen other therapists that have helped a little, but not nearly as much as Lisa's treatment has been and being pain free is amazing. Her massage therapy is also highly focused and customized on what my body is currently experiencing and each time is different based on what's going on in my body. I highly recommend!

I have never had a therapeutic massage. At 50, dealing with many different issues from menopausal 'frozen shoulder' to TMJ and osteoarthritis and trauma stored up in my body, I finally reached out for help, and will be forever grateful that I did.

I don't know WHAT the amazing Lisa did to me, but I am shoulders back, head moving, and feel like I'll actually get a full night's sleep after my 1st session!! They take HSA, if that helps, and I cannot recommend them highly enough!!! Make an appointment - you won't regret it!!!

My pain levels were eased and in a months time were gone. All this with no drugs. My therapist Lisa is amazing. She listens well and asks lots of questions to help her form a plan for treatment. 5 stars isn’t enough. These folks are all about healing in a gentle a warm atmosphere. I now go at least once a month because I always walk out feeling way better than when I came in. Even when I don’t have any specific issues. I am just amazed at how massage therapy has helped me become healthier.
