Payment is due in full at the time of service.

Sick Policy:

Please contact Lisa immediately to reschedule if you are sick or have been exposed to a highly contagious disease (such as COVID-19 or flu).

Cancellation Policy:

To be respectful of everyone’s time, I require 24 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling. Clients who late-cancel and/or no-show will be responsible for the total fee of the appointment booked. This fee is non-refundable.

You will be required to save a card on file when booking online. You do not need to use this card for payment at the time of service.

You may cancel or reschedule online until 48 hours prior to your appointment start time. If you need to cancel within 48 hours for any reason, please contact Lisa as soon as possible.

Right to Refusal:

Lisa Howe, LMT, reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. This includes but is not limited to anyone who requests treatment or services that are outside my scope of practice. I will exercise this right if anyone arrives for their treatment under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs; or arrives visibly ill. I reserve the right to charge for the session time, whether or not services were rendered, if I so choose.
